Had a bad experience at Hayes Shop got a pendent for my son the pendent fell out so today went back with my young granddaughter had to walk out as the Asian lady very rude no help at all waited for her for least 10 min wasn’t worth the wait

The lady who served me in the Hemel branch was absolutely wonderful! Lovely and personable, and made me feel at ease instantly.In fact, I went to sell my gold initilly at another pawnbrokers but after initially quoting me a high price, they decided to only take two items rather than the lot at a smaller price. Dealing with this place, however, there was no fuss or friction and just wonderful service all around- will definitely be using them again.
