Great customer service from Clare Jones, who explained the process. Weighed the coins and offered a price based on the weight.Agreed the price and Clare tested for confirmation they were silver. One crown size coin failed the silver process. Reweighed the coins and offered new price. Agreed and cash paid there and then. No pressure from Clare to purchase throughout the process. Will use again

Both staff was so friendly and welcoming both introduced themselves and was professional the whole time I was their explaining all steps and processes to me at all times I left feeling extremely pleased and happy with the service and will definitely return should I need to sell or buy or exchange anything again thank you.
Went in today to sell some gold and a diamond ring. The ladies were lovely. The price given was very low. I have sold all the gold today and have received double the amount offered by this shop. I still have the diamond ring so am absolutely quids in. I was a bit perturbed that they wouldnt give me a breakdown of the offer. I was selling 9,18 and 22 carat gold. I think they must have been offering less than 50% of the current scrap value for gold. 4 stars just for the lovely staff. 0 Stars for the offer.
The Stratford arndale branch in Manchester has the best possible staff regarding customer service. Ms.Marcella the lady manager is wonderful and Ms. Karen is like an angel. Mr. Nick, Miss. Grace and Ms. Kelly are all amazing and truly professional. Overall 5 star. I'm so grateful to each and all of them.
I appreciate good customer service. On arrival they are very friendly.I have pawned a few items, and had good guidance with no pressure but with great results. I used the lower road branch. Tendayi the manager and her team are very friendly and professionall!. I highly recommend the lower road H&T branch!
