Took a gold bullion coin into the Derby branch expecting a fair offer. The offer was miserly. I then went to a bullion dealer and received a very fair price. Will never bother to take anything there again. (Further to this I was offered £2300 for a gold one ounce Brittania and one hour later got over £3100 for it at a bullion dealer.)
I have used Harvey and Thompson porn brokers for a number of years they offer a great value and the staff are always pleasant and polite. I use sit up on Eltham branches. Where are all the staff are very good especially the Elton branch the manager there I believe her name is Hayley. My nickname for her is Angel as she is an absolute angel.
