I decided to use this company to order some travel money and used their online service. I got a text to say it was ready for pick up so I went along later to collect. I arrived, gave my details and ID. I was kept waiting for 15 mins or so because they could only see part of my order on their system but not the full details. They had to call their IT department about it. I was asked for my order number and ID 3 times. It was very frustrating. Eventually the full details appeared on their system. After that ordeal, more was to come. When the cashier got the money out it was all in small denominations of 100 and 50 Lira notes, nothing bigger. I asked if it could be changed for bigger notes but the answer was something like, 'this what they send us for online orders. If you ordered in store you would get better denominations'! Ridiculous! I only ordered £250 worth, just over 12,000 Turkish Lira but it's a massive wad of money, it took ages to count and it's a security risk. It can't fit in a wallet or travel pouch. If I'd known this is what I'd get I would have used Eurochange for a more professional service. I've logged a complaint via email, they have all my contact details but no response yet after 3 days. I do not recommend this company for travel money. Unless you like huge wads of cash that's not actually worth a lot.
I have made 2 separate visits here and cannot fault them at all. Gave a great price for my gold and the gentleman was so lovely, very friendly and informative. I have recommended to friends & family as the service was outstanding.
Grate option when u stuck and goint throught things in life. But then they put ultimatum for you to be able get ur item back as online option not available you have to go in store with out care about that u work same hours as opening h .. stressful now I will have to take a day off just to go and sort this out.
