OnLogic has been a very reliable product for us. We have used their industrial mini PCs and panel PCs for operator HMIs among other applications for industrial manufacturing plants. Their sales team is always spot on with specing out machines based on our sites needs.Had a panel PC today that had been hard reset and lost the configuration to automatically boot on power restoration. I had trouble finding the correct BIOS setting to restore this functionality. Parker Ingram was very efficient in helping me resolve this. I called tech support, and got a call back in about 3 minutes and Parker had the answer almost immediately.
