I would NOT use this company again. Their service has been terrible. They claim on their website to have been established in London since 2004, but what they don’t mention is that returns must go to China at your own cost, ranging from £17 to £43. My experience with them was frustrating; I ordered one dress, but they processed two orders and sent two identical dresses. I contacted them within 30 minutes of ordering to report the mistake, but nine days later, they informed me that the order had been dispatched. When I received the dress, it was too big, so I requested to return it along with the unwanted dress. They told me it would cost between £17 and £43 to return to China, or I could accept a 20% refund and keep both dresses (which didn't fit). They later offered a 30% refund, so we ended up accepting that, even though we were charged for a dress we didn’t order. This was a total rip-off. If you use other platforms, they accept returns without such high fees.
I purchased two dresses for my wife on 01/08/25 from this company, which claims to be a UK business based in London. This could not be further from the truth. I now suspect they are an international company selling clothing made in China, which is shipped to a local address and then sent to me via a postal service. The dresses I received were not as described on their website. Specifically, the Luisa dress is not made of cotton; the label states it’s 95% polyester and 5% elastane. The material does not match the photo shown on the website, which depicts a breathable fabric. The Eloise dress is also misrepresented, as it contains significantly more nylon than polyester. The website claims a 90-day money-back guarantee, but there is no contact information other than a UK email address. I returned the dresses via tracked Royal Mail to the address provided, requesting a refund, and received several replies that did not clarify their return requirements. They offered various discounts, but I opted to claim through my payment provider, which ultimately reimbursed me in full. I would caution others to do their research and check reviews before purchasing.

I will return the dress because, it’s NOT what I ordered, I’m-returning the dress because it’s not the same dress as the one advertised, it’s not denim, it’s not a quality product, it’s cheap & nasty. If you can’t be honest with your customers and base your business on Lies, you will be found out. Look.at Trustpilot reviews, you have a score of 1.3 with all of the customers telling similar stories to mine so, the dress will be returned, I’ll follow your difficult return process & I’ll look forward to my reimbursement, if that even happens. If you were taking this matter seriously, you would & should be offering me & your many other disappointed customers an easier & more straightforward resolution.
As others have stated this company misleads its customers into believing they are a London based retailer when in fact they hold no stock and drop ship everything from China. I have checked and the item we purchased is available on Aliexpress for a fraction of the cost we paid. The dress we purchased was poor quality, incorrectly sized and nothing like the image used on their website. After being duped our options were to send it back to China ay our cost or keep the dress and accept a token 20% of the cost of the dress. So clearly their business model is" some customers will just take the hit and walk away and others will accept a 20% refund" (I doubt any will take the trouble and risk of sending it back and hoping they honour the refund) In either case they will make a profit based on the low price they pay to buy and ship to the UK. So based on this it's clearly a scam as I doubt anyone will be happy with the purchase.
False advertising. Said made of breathable cotton it was 95% polyester and 5% elastane. That means no cotton at all. Poor quality for the price paid. Harrington and Hale London it says but it came from China. I won't try this firm again. Facebook should check their adverts because they are totally misleading at best and downright untrue at worst
I waited for this order (a dress called Luisa) from 24 July until today, 14 August. My main reason for the purchase was that it claimed to be made of cotton. It arrived just in time (f2.30pm) for an event that I was planning to wear it for tomorrow. I tried it on immediately (fit not bad) but I observed that it was 95% polyester. Had I known this I would not have ordered it and at £29.95 (down from £60.00) did not consider it as good as dresses (in tee-shirt cotton) I bought for half the price (£15.00 each) last year. I am extremely disappointed after the build-up of expectation. I will keep it but don't consider it good enough to wear for a special occasion and regret that I fell into the trap of purchasing an item which I had assumed was made in England but actually turned out to be made in China.
A scam.I ordered 2 dress sizes. They did not seem to be good quality. I requested to send them back. They said I could send them back at my charge to their CHINA warehouse and then a refund would be issued. Or I could accept a 20% refund. It didn't leave me with much choice. This company is not being transparent in its returns policy. It is ridiculous to expect customers to send products back to their warehouse in CHINA. I am based England.
My advice is don’t buy from this company. The dress I ordered was supposed to be breathable cotton but was 95% polyester 5% elastane, poorly made and too big. Any return for a refund is to an address in China (fulfilment warehouse) though it does not say this anywhere on their website. I doubt the company has any base at all in the UK despite purporting to be “established 2004, London. I believe it to be a scam.
I wish I had read the reviews before undertaking a purchase .I’m still in the middle of trying to return the goods which are poor quality and in spite of their misleading advertising information they are still trying to get me to return the goods to China . Trading standards next stop
