Scam !! beware of this company - Terrible experience - wrong sizing and zero rated stitching from a cheap Chinese company ! Harrington and Hale they call it - my word what a scam ..... starting from their name - do not buy anything from them! My money goes down the drain - should have known better - very disappointed.
Wish I could give a zero rating! Clothes advertised as chiffon and tummy hiding, and looked lovely in the pictures. I also believed they were London based. However took ages to arrive and that should have been a give away.! Dresses arrived and I am so disappointed, not chiffon but a cheap material and definitely nothing like the pictures. Wrong size altogether. When I emailed said I would have to pay to return to china as stated.. said ok. Then was offered a small refund and told to keep the dresses. Don’t see why I should pay to return items, never done that before from any other companies. Wished I’d done my homework before buying - don’t waste your money and be pulled in by there advertising, it’s all fake!
Terrible company. Ordered a beautiful dress online and what I got was nothing more than a floor cloth. It was nothing like the description at all. Now I’m having trouble trying to return it for a refund. Please, please, please DO NOT order from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered this dress. I intend to inundate them with emails until I get a satisfactory result. I’m a pensioner so I’ve got plenty of time.
Took 2 weeks to arrive.utter rubbish.bad material, nothing like the advert.The worst dress i have ever bought. They wont refund, until i send them back to china, at my excspence . i even said i would take them to london.Dont buy anything from them
Cheap polyester advertised as made of Cotton ,I wish I had read the reviews .Style of dress was very nice but the material ,disgusting ,I will use it as an example of a poor delusional company who have no idea of honesty .Keep away
Having read these reviews, I realise I should have checked before buying as I have exactly the same complaints as most others. The dress was nothing like the description and on complaining was offered a 20% refund but return item at own expense!! Never again shall I but something advertised on Instagram!!
Wrong dress was sent. When I got onto the company they said I needed to send the dress back at cost to myself to China. After many emails and them offering me 30% 40% and 60% off if I kept the dress, which I refused. I eventually got in touch with PayPal and made a claim. Got my money back and the wrong dress will be going to a charity shop. Please, please don’t buy anything from Harrington and Hale.
The dress I ordered looked lovely on line when it arrived it was awful cheap material no shape to long when I tried to return it I was given a China address and told to send it back myself which would have cost nearly what I paid ,in the end after trying to find a solution I agreed to take a refund of £11.something and keep the dress it will be useful for cleaning the floor.i wouldn't give any stars 😡
