I first ordered my top and when it arrived it was a little tight, so emailed straight away and got a response within hrs even though it was over a weekend. My replacement t top arrived quickly and is of great quality as expected. Thanks you for your excellent customer service and communication throughout.
These sizes are very small imported from China if you order a garments no labels in them giving you the sizes I ordered on XL it would be a very small medium and you have to pay postage back to china at your costs. My advice don't order them...
The produce I purchased from Harrison Liverpool (not Liverpool) was utter tat!and in no way any resemblance to what was advertised on the website.It took ages to arrive,and it will be expensive to return these items.I can’t even donate to charity as they are just awful.
absolutly garbage . not as advertised , workmanship with the stitching is all over the place , threads everywhere . The returns procedure is a minefield that i would suggest will not end in a full refund anytime soon . Dont waste your money this is just another scam with shoddy goods at the end of it .
Lovely warm fleece.Maybe my fault, ordered an X-LARGE. Thought it meant UK X-LARGE. Came as a 44 chest, which just fits.Would have liked a loop to hang the fleece up when not in use. Have to use a hanger at all times - no problem until visiting a building without hangers.Delivery seemed longer than what I thought was quoted.Other than the points raised, a very satisfied customer.
