I came across the company's products on social media a few months back and chose to try the green chili pepper sauce. I opted for the spicy version, and it's fantastic! I've also sampled the red sauce, as well as both red and green together, but the green remains my top choice.
Having previously lived in Colorado and now in Indiana, I truly miss the festival in Pueblo that offered fresh roasted chilies from Hatch NM. I've purchased from this seller multiple times, and each experience has been delightful and punctual. The quality is outstanding. Go ahead and invest your hard-earned money here; IT'S WORTH IT!
Since relocating to Florida, I've been ordering my roasted green chili from a reputable source because I couldn't find another provider with such high quality for shipping. I appreciate that they roast, peel, and chop the chili, making it convenient for all my favorite dishes or just to enhance any meal. I consistently choose the hot variety, which has been fantastic—perfectly spicy with excellent flavor. When my order arrives, it's always frozen solid, with dry ice still in the package, showing their commitment to freshness during shipping. I highly recommend this service and will continue to place my orders.
I really enjoy the product and was pleased that my rellanos and tamales arrived well-frozen. However, the packaging for the three salsas lacked the necessary 'fragile glass' labels. Unfortunately, one of my salsas arrived broken. I requested a refund, but the decision was made to reship instead, which I do not want. I provided photographic evidence.
Very disappointed. We've ordered from this vendor several times and have always been thrilled to see the white box on our doorstep 2000 miles from NM. Order fulfillment has always been great and on time. This time however we discovered out "Hot" chiles were lacking any noticeable heat. We reached out to the support who let us know we likely removing the vein. We’ve always followed the same process. Roast over an open flame, peal, remove the seeds, bag, and freeze. We never wash or de-vein the chiles. After discovering the total lack of heat in this batch, we even left them roasted peeled with the seeds intact for two days in the fridge, hoping they’d develop some kick. Nothing. It really seems like we were sent the wrong chiles. But since they refuse to even consider that possibility or make it right, we’ll take our business elsewhere. It’s a lousy way to end what had become a beloved fall tradition for us. I’m sure our small 10–25 lb order won’t matter to their bottom line, but we’re genuinely bummed out.
I am extremely disappointed. This batch tastes more like bell or banana peppers or tomatoes than green chile. It has absolutely no taste and would not peel after roasting. This is not authentic Hatch green chile that i get every year. Somebody tried to pull a fast one on me.
