This time not so much, package was damaged and not delivered; notification was: Returned to sender.I contacted Hatstore and asked if they had a solution, even though it was out of their control. They replied within 24 hours and pro-actively offered to resend the order. Amazing and friendly customer service, highly recommend!

They should be banned for having the name Hat store Australia change it to that store Sweden I'd say most don't read the fine print & wouldn't buy if they knew it was being sent from a million miles awayPackage still hasn't even left Germany yet maybe I'll get it by Christmas
