Didn't give a gift card despite ads running on site

The website was advertising a gift card promotion but on delivery a few days later they didn't provide the gift card and said it was accidentally kept up on the site and they wouldn't give it.

ordering colour swatches

I did have a bit of trouble finding the colour swatches on the Haymes website. When I did find them though, ordering was easy and delivery was prompt.
