The bike was received within 8 days. The appearance corresponded to the photos and exceeded my expectations. Assembling the bike took me about 1 hour because it was the first time I saw a high-end electric bike. I tested the bike the same day and it is in excellent condition. It has already traveled 25 km and is holding up beautifully.

The bike shop is extremely accurate and fast in communication and delivery. I hope they have many satisfied customers in the future and I highly recommend them.

I loved this shop!

Amazing shop! I ordered a bike during the holiday season and it was shipped immediately. Super fast responses in all chats, and very well packed. They forgot to include the charger for SRAM AXS, but I contacted support and they sent it to me almost immediately.On top of that, they had the best price on the market for an almost new bike. I highly recommend them!

I was enquiring about purchase of a bike from HB exclusive. They were very helpful to give me time to get the money together as it didn't qualify at my work for Bike to Work Scheme. Even though I decided against buying it myself innthe end and go for new bike instead somewhere else, they were understanding.

I bought a refurbished Specialized…

I bought a refurbished Specialized e-bike from H&B. It was 95% assembled and I completed the assembly without any difficulties. I raised an issue in relation to the frame size and Rick took the time to not alone answer my email but also to phone me with detailed and very helpful guidance. I am happy to compliment Rick on his first class customer care manner. I can recommend H&B and I would be happy to shop there again in the future.
