Review Time
They do not allow honest unbiased reviews anymore. They used to. I never had any issues with leaving reviews before this last one. They are heck (nicer word) bent on protecting certain doctors and their disgusting staff. Mike who answers the emails at healthgrades.com will change the goal posts. He will say change this one thing about your review and when you change that he will say change this next thing again and again and again. It's been months since first trying to put this review up. I have made reviews in the past similar to this one and so it's Mike that is the problem. You will not get your review up because Mike will not allow it fakely citing their guidelines. They also will not allow you to report when a business violates hippa. Well healthgrades.com is going to get into lot of trouble censoring/gatekeeping reviews and protecting hippa violaters. Mike also will not allow you to report when a business violates hippa. They fully protect and support fake nicey nice reviews, not genuine honest reviews. They don't allow "bad" reviews anymore. People need to know a doctor is a problem before we go in and have our time wasted by doctors who think just because they went to medical school they know everything and that they deserve to treat people any way they want to. They get a 1.9 rating for a reason.
Unbelievably, Healthgrades says our failing hospital is one of 50 best in the US.Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC (acquired by HCA in 2018) in the same time period as this rating, was placed by federal investigators 'in immediate jeopardy' for endangering patients. The hospital also acknowledged that it was not living up to the "standard of care we expect."08/21/24 UpdateIt seems three of the remaining 5 hospital neurologists are leaving because of overwork and poor treatment by HCA
HEALTHGRADES.COM protects bad doctors. HEALTHGRADES.COM REMOVES negative reviews and/or will not allow them to be posted. I posted a review on a doctor who injured me. In looking for the review months later, the review is GONE. I'm trying to repost the review and the "Save and Continue" icon keeps processing and processing. It comes back with an error message "Sorry, an error occurred". There is no error. It's a scam site. You notice they don't respond to the complaints on trustpilot.
Healthgrades.com is unreliable. I tried to post a review (it happened to be negative) about a bad experience I had with a Dr Leventhal in Naugatuck Gastroenterology Consultants LLC in Prospect CT. Healthgrades would not post the review and said I needed to edit it. How do you revise the TRUTH? They censure and are biased. Now I come to Trust Pilot. Trust Pilot is reliable.
