The ability to remove a review seems to be a false promise, making it impossible for patients to retract or alter their feedback. This lack of accessibility is detrimental for both patients and providers, as negative reviews can linger despite attempts to remove them. This glitch persists without a way to report it.
After reviewing a doctor, I am inundated with emails from the platform. Despite multiple attempts to unsubscribe, the emails continue. My inquiries to them yielded only links to the unsubscribe page, which have proven ineffective. The same email keeps arriving daily.
The platform dismisses accurate and detailed reviews of a doctor's conduct if they are deemed 'negative.' This policy allows for potential patient mistreatment, including false records, while silencing patients from voicing their concerns.
