Issues with Management

I had a frustrating experience with management regarding a fraudulent review. I flagged a clearly false review, which described an absurd scenario involving anesthesia. Despite multiple flags and my attempts to address it, the platform continues to uphold the review and has removed my response.

Verification of Reviews Lacking

The platform does not verify patient reviews, leading to the spread of inaccurate information.

Misuse of Provider Information

The platform uses healthcare provider information without consent to create profiles where misleading and anonymous reviews can be posted. There is no verification process to confirm the identity of reviewers, allowing for potential harassment and false claims against providers, with no support available to address flagged reviews.

Shitty and not useful at all

Shitty and not useful at all. They also don't accept emails so I used another form and still did not help. Don't use this website. Dr can pay for reviews and pay helathgrades to keep reviews down. You want proof? I got it.

Hospitals/employers posting fake reviews to boost provider ratings.

I use Healthgrades to review all providers I’ve seen, which as a chronically ill person without a diagnosis is A LOT. Whether my experience is positive, neutral, or negative, I always share to help other potential patients. For providers I have left negative reviews for, there is always an influx of 5-stars reviews with little substance, maybe 2-5 generic words. “Very good” “excellent provider”. For providers I have left positive reviews for, there aren’t an abundance of generic 5-stars posted after mine. How can this be allowed? It’s frustrating and invalidating to have my actual experience drowned out by fake 5-stars reviews.

“Awful Website

“Awful Website – A Complete Disgrace”This is the most harmful, unethical website imaginable. It spreads lies, attacks personal lives, and ruins reputations under the excuse of “free speech.” There’s no support, no accountability, and it’s blatantly manipulative. This platform is a legal and moral failure that should not exist.

This is the worst website you could…

This is the worst website you could ever imagine. There is no way to verify any of the reviews totally providing the worst service to the community just to bring more cash to the buckets of the owners shame on you for such a website

Only Interested in Protecting Bad Docs

They're really only in it to protect bad docs. They aren't interested in your true, authentic experience. They'll make you sanitize your review before they publish it. They'll give you totally phony excuses for not publishing it, just to see if you will give up out of frustration. When you call them on their phony baloney, they'll give you more excuses for why they have BS reasons. Well, I didn't give up and sanitized my review of my incompetent doc just to get my 1-star rating out there for this hack. Let's see what excuses I get now.

This was once a trustworthy site to…

This was once a trustworthy site to research medical professionals, but today I found that no one-star reviews are accessible and five-stars are. The site is thus worthless.

This review is for the Illinois Bone &…

This review is for the Illinois Bone & Joint, Inst., in Bourbonnais, IL. My brother just phoned and talked about his cervical injection procedure. I am very upset for him due to the unprofessional treatment he was given. Michael said that he was all prepared to go in for the injection...prepped, changed into the hospital garment...etc., when the nurse/office came in and questioned him continually about his transport to/from (which was provided by the VA) & questioned him about who was waiting for him at home. Michael told them his son was waiting for him at his residence and the nursed proceeded to say that they could not confirm this, and that the VA vehicle needed to have a lift?? The nurse then said he had 2 choices: 1) Get the injection with no sedation or 2) schedule another appointment!!! Michael was never informed of these extra requirements, drove all the way to this location from Cullom and also wasted the VA's precious time needed for other veterans. They had no compassion for his time wasted and the unprofessionalism at this location is horrible. My brother will now go through the VA hospital because he is a veteran and will be treated with respect, compassion and the professionalism a veteran deserves!
