Review Time
I accidentally missed one digit on my phone number for verification of my account on my last sign in attempt. Healthgrades will not let me correct it and their “Help Center” requires me to sign in and keeps sending verification code to the incorrect number. I’ve tried all of their help sites, cannot chat and they do not have a help telephone number. Their website is useless now and I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem. I give their site an F- because one incorrect digit locked me out permanently and no help is forthcoming.
Guess Dr Alex colen is paying health grades to not post negative reviews he's got 11 reviews 5.0 he did my hand surgery in December and it's still messed up he won't disable me cause "he doesn't disable anyone, as he pulls his arms way back wiggles his hands (making fun of people with deformed arms) and says even those work then bragged about a patient with 1 arm he wouldn't disable sounds like he going for some type of record!!!!!Writes in my notes that I can't be a carpenter no more but then tells disability he doesn't support disability. What a pos this guy is
* ** 0 STARS*** I have contacted health grades numerous times on fake review left on my profile. They do not verify reviews and apparently dont care if a review is legitimate or not. It is the most unprofessional and defaming practice for anyone to be able to pretend to be a patient and leave a fake review trying to tarnish a physicians reputation. Shame on both the childish person who leaves fake reviews and health grade for creating a platform for such nonsense to occur.
