I recently bought 3x1 kg bags of Goji berry, but one of the goji berry was damned, broken, no good quality. I only find out when I opened it. Contact Customer Service, they refused to replace or refund me or not even give me a credit note very disappointed with such a poor customer service.
Unfortunately they sent me chilled goods that expired 10 days later. As I ordered several of this same item, there would be no way to use them up within that time. I emailed because their site says that they agree that anything less than a month is not acceptable. Unfortunately they just kept sending me one excuse after another and never even apologized. Do NOT order chilled items from them. I will not be ordering from them ever again. Terrible service.
