I purchased a bag of freeze dried Peach pieces and a bag of freeze dried Apricot pieces, both 100 grams in weight.When delivered, the Peach pieces were fine but the Apricot pieces were not pieces at all but tiny granules and powder that had been forced into a considerably smaller packet than the Peach and had become a solid lump! I contacted customer services who were unconcerned to say the least and although stated I could return, advised that they would not refund the return cost!They argued that the product could still be used as the flavour would not be affected but I did NOT buy flavouring!Whilst I accept their statement that the size of pieces can vary, I do not accept that tiny granules and powder arriving as a solid lump equate to the description of being pieces! Needless to say, having paid a premium price for what I expected to be a premium product & their blasé attitude, I would not recommend this company nor will I be using them in future! ****update****In reply to the response from this company….As already stated in my review, yes you said I could return but at a further cost to me! I have already paid for delivery which again would not be refunded and you made it perfectly clear that no refund would be given for these costs! What I received was not anything like as described…. powder & the tiniest of granules squeezed into a bag too small for the contents which given the size/quality of product packaged, caused it to form a complete lump! You preferred to argue with me that this didn’t affect the flavour but as I stated to you & in my review, I did NOT buy flavouring!

I bought 1kg of Hibiscus leaves to make herbal tea with. I brewed a big 6 litre pan and when it was done I could see literally millions of tiny, shimmering, plastic looking particles in the tea. I've been brewing/drinking Hibiscus tea for years and I've brewed 100's of litres and NEVER have I ever seen ANY particles like this.I took over a dozen photos of the tea, clearly showing the millions of tiny plastic particles and sent them to customer service.I was absolutely frustrated and disappointed when they replied saying "WE CANT SEE ANYTHING" and "THERE IS NOTHING THERE"I have the photos on my laptop, I'm looking at them and the millions of particles are clearly unmissable, but they claim "WE CANT SEE ANYTHING".What is anyone supposed to do when customer service denies reality and claims they cannot see MILLIONS of particles floating in the tea?They never admitted to being able to see anything, despite MILLIONS of visible, shimmering particles that looked just like plastic.Instead they just said they'll refund me anyway, even though they "COULDNT SEE ANYTHING".Now they dont have to admit that a customer reported finding MILLIONS OF PLASTIC PARTICLES in their tea leaves and THEY can/will just carry on selling them.I do not believe these leaves have passed organic certification and I'm suggesting IT'S POSSIBLE THAT THE ORGANIC CERTIFICATION FROM THIS RETAILLER IS POTENTIALLY FALSE AND THE SITE COULD BE A MAJOR SCAM, FALSELY SELLING THINGS AS ORGANIC WHEN THEY ARE NOT.I am going to be contacting the Soil Association and trying to gt more information on this kilogram batch of leaves I've bought and finding out whther or not it has in fact been tested.I suspect it has NOT.UPDATE TO HEALTHY SUPPLIES RESPONSE:Yes, I did become angry and absolutely frustrated and I did call the staff member a brianless idiot because said staff member was the one that was denying reality and claiming he "COULDNT SEE" the MILLIONS of CLEARLY VISIBLE particles in the tea and asking me to waste my time taking more photos when the ones I already sent were 100% PERFECT.To prove what I am saying - take a look at my review for this company on google reviews - I added all of the photos there.Then you will see the ABSOLUTE IDIOCY of the staff member who claimed he "COULD NOT SEE" any of the MILLIONS of particles in my tea!!!I first contacted this company with a perfectly worded, polite complaint about the particles in my tea, its only when I was met with EXTREME IDIOCY and EXTREMELY frustrating replies from the staff member that claimed there was NOTHING TO SEE in the photos I sent (and that I needed to take more photos) that things went downhill rapidly.If you have ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT staff that literally CANNOT SEE - then having them working on customer service is an extremely BAD IDEA!!!!Theres only so much patience a person has and when you're met with a TOTALLY INCOMPETENT, BRAINLESS staff member that CANNOT SEE then patience wears thin really quickly.
Great company , Good service , items are excellent quality and good value for money. My last order was lost in the EVRI couriers network , so the lovely people at healthy supplies , resent my order out again with a different courier hopefully will arrive this time , had no trouble before have had plenty of other orders delivered ok . Thanks again for your excellent service 5***** .
Terrible experience. I bought a 6kg product costing me £61.49 that has come with long shelf life of at least a year when I bought it in the past from other companies and I use it in around 6months. It arrived with just around 2 and half months use-by-date. When I complained, they offered me a refund but wouldn’t accept paying for return postage because they say it’s my problem that I changed my mind and want to return it! So I will be out of pocket by £12 postage to return an unsatisfactory order and have no product to use or accept a product that will not be fit for consumption in less than three months. Their policy is “We endeavour to send all products out with the longest time possible until the 'Best Before' date, and very often these dates will be a good one or two years in the future.” I took this in good faith when I ordered. But they only consider “a Best Before date of under a month (from the date of receipt) on most goods unacceptable”. Ridiculous policy from a company that is showing little concern for customer satisfaction.
