Review Time
First few orders went quite smoothly, although processing time can be a little slow. The last order hasn't turned up yet, it has been two weeks. Evri have had the parcel for a week, not good news for a food delivery. First response from Healthy Supplies was that Evri were working on it. Now they are not responding at all. You cannot speak to anyone, leave an answer phone message, or send an email. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had from an online company.
The items wee not delivered to my house at 47 Rylston Road N13 5NQ Evri insists they were and they say ask a member of your family if they received it Only 2 people live in my house. They did not offer an apology. If they investigate further they will find out the items were no delivered Threfore will not be ordering until the matter is solved i
Products are always of excellent quality. Owners/staff are great and extremely helpful. Delivery is very quick. Also, every purchase goes towards helping the planet. I have purchased many times from Healthy Supplies and I highly recommend this ethical company.
