On arrival at the VCL Guildford Clinic I was greeted by very professional, friendly and experienced staff who managed my appointment exceptionally well. I was seen immediately on arrival even though I was a bit late. I was anxious driving to the clinic not knowing what the outcome would be after the CT scan examination but the staffs open and friendly manner put me at ease very quickly. I than met the specialist cardiovascular Dr who was also very informative and open. The whole experience was like being with good friends who will look after my health issues in the best possible way. I would highly recommend the VCLC
The team here is very cohesive and I immediately felt calm with the music that was playing. Although a small space everybody was efficient and caring but also not over clinical so there was a sharing of disgruntuledness with bookings but all communicated in a very equal way because of the different characters in the team
