It was an unknown situation to me but by and large the process and procedures were explained and things ran more or less as it was explained to me. It would be helpful if it was made clear that for clear images a heart rate of 60bpm or less was required. This is a good margin less than normal healthy heart rate. Consequently everyone I saw there gad to take medication to slow hear rate and wait for it to take effect.
The staff were really attentive to my needs. I needed extra time for ct scan and they are genuinely caring people. They recognised its a stressful time. It's the perfect environment with everything under one roof from speaking with specialists to getting ECG and scans along with the fitment of heart monitors.
The staff were very supportive and friendly. They went to great lengths to put me at ease and explained the procedure in detail. It was a very quick and smooth procedure without any hitches. That is definitely the place to have your CT scan!
