Very friendly staff who put patient concerns to rest.The patient questionnaire for my first appointment only reached me on the morning of my appointment, so completing that was a rush.It would be helpful to be warned to bring a payment card; knowing that I'd have to take clothing off, I deliberately left my wallet at home.Other than that it was all fine. Thank you.
I got referred to VCL by my cardiologist and having had a previous CT scan elsewhere last year, I was impressed by the VCL facility. The staff are welcoming and seem like they actually enjoy their jobs, and really looked after me when I was there. I got my appointment quickly and I didn't have to wait ages for replies to emails sent. I would definitely go there again if I needed more tests.
