The staff and nurses were very attentive. It was a shame that the doctor was running an hour late which delayed my procedure. However, I was kept informed.Whole process felt professional and personal, so would recommend to anyone requiring treatment or tests.
The care received at VCL Surrey was excellent. The staff were all very friendly, but more importantly were clearly striving to deliver the best care possible. All tests were explained to me and I had an opportunity to ask any questions. There were no delays and my appointment ran to schedule. I would recommend this centre without hesitation.
