Review Time
Unbelievable really. It's rare to get service like this nowadays. My boiler broke, it was the control PCB. I found this company through eBay, they had my PCB for sale/repair and they were first out of a few to answer my question. I chose the repair option, and posted it off to them. I was given a WhatsApp contact to keep in touch. But I didn't really use it other than to report the symptoms. Evri messaged me on the Thursday at midday to say it had been delivered at their premises. Then I received a parcel at 11am the next day. I assumed it was a replacement due to the speed I received it, but to my surprise it was my original PCB. I had taken pictures before sending it, and it still had a signature on the back of it from a previous Engineer fix. I thought this won't work, that was way too quick. But to my delight, it worked perfectly, boiler now working again nicely. I could see when comparing to old photos that things like capacitors and relays had been replaced as they are now different colours and marked. But you would never guess from the soldering, it was so neat like it just came out the factory. What a great Electronic Engineer, they obviously take a lot of pride in their work. Anyway, a long review! But don't hesitate, use them!
I bought a heat exchanger off of them in June but only got to visit the job early this month and the part didn’t fit ! I contacted them regarding the issue and was. Asked to send it back to them which I did and I was reimbursed for this and can’t thank them enough! Definitely use them again! Regards Alan
