Called them late in the previous day I needed a new board for my boiler they said they had one next thing message saying that it will be delivered today by post knock on the door at 10 am new board what a service up and running a bit later couldn't be happier excellent service and delivery
The team were extremely helpful, going above and beyond. They helped make sure that I selected the correct part and then when I had a question (even out of hours) they were there to answer it. Great service, I would definitely recommend them.
I ordered the incorrect size boiler expansion tank. After contacting them they were incredibly helpful found the correct tank, which I ordered, received then returned the incorrect tank and had my refund the next day.Incredible service and help, I would highly recommend this company.
Ordered a Vaillant Diverter Valve on Thursday 16.10.2025 at 15:09 it was delivered the next day at 09:15 18 hours later fantastic service, when fitting the next week lost 2 screws behind the pump tried loads of places no one holds them, contacted them and they sent them the next day FOC i cannot fault this company it gives you top service, not had a service like this for years
