disappointed, searched online for a timer, Heating and Catering Parts came up, I ordered the timer, when it arrived it was clearly 2nd hand, there was no mention of this on the original advert, nothing.

Helped me when I needed it

Helped me when I needed it, even on a Saturday afternoon when I was having issues. Helped swap a wrongly ordered part (my fault) with no fuss and an immediate refund upon return of the (wrong) part. Can’t say I’ll pop in for a chat as I’m in South Wales, which is a fair distance from Newcastle.. but, given the service and help, I will definitely order parts in the future. Thank you
