Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. I ordered a central heating pump abd when it arrived, it was damaged, mist likely by the courier. Called the supplier and without any dispute, they shipped another pump the same day and it arrived within 24 hours. This is the kindcof service that's lacking in this country. Really appreciated therapist response from.these guys. Thank you

Service Kit for WB Greenstar - Excellent customer service

Ordered service kit for my WB Greenstar, which was delivered on time. I opened the package a little over a week later and found one of the items was the wrong part. I contacted Heating & Catering Parts to explain what I had ordered versus what was sent. I also requested an additional seal. The correct part was found and sent with the additional seal at no extra charge. On the whole very happy with the service. Will use again!
