Ordered a pump but then realised I didn't need it contacted them straight away to cancel order and refund my PayPal account they agreed but refund never happened had to go to PayPal to get refund beware of this company if I had not paid through PayPal I don't think I would of got my money back
Do not use this company.Purchased a pump for my customer and paid for express shipping. I received no confirmation emails regarding that purchase or tracking info.I called them on the Monday which should have been delivery day and they made an excuse saying Royal Mail hadn’t collected it. I received the pump on Tuesday and it looked in terrible condition considering it was meant to be refurbished. I fitted anyway as customer needed it doing. After fitting the pump it tripped the main fuse board immediately and started leaking internally through the pumps electrics.Again terrible communication after calling them. Did not send any return information so I have had to find their address online etc. If you want good reconditioned parts look elsewhere

I have a Worcester Bosch boiler which was fitted in 1998 and not surprisingly it broke down this week after a particularly cold/freezing spell. I needed a new pump - difficult to find due to the age of the boiler. I found the perfect pump on the H &C website. In addition I phoned the company who gave me more information and reassurance that the part I had identified would fit and suggested I could send pictures of the part via WhatsApp if I was still unsure. I ordered the pump which is reconditioned and guaranteed for 12 months. I paid an extra £10 for over night delivery and it arrived at 11.30 am the following day. Excellent service. The one thing that really impressed me was the information on the website. It made reference to my actual model of boiler and gave the relevant GC number showing the pump to be compatible with my boiler (I didn’t see this on other websites) so I felt 90% positive it would fit before I bought. The price was excellent. I will buy a new boiler later in the year but at least I’m up and running for now. Finally, I received emails every step of the way from Pavan from order to delivery which, incidentally was DPD who were also excellent. The package arrived earlier than I expected the following day which was great and I received a text the moment it was delivered to the house which meant I was able to contact the engineer and arrange the fitting. Well worth the extra £10. Many thanks to staff both at Heating and Catering and DPD.
