Review Time
The sound is exactly what I expected. And boy am I happy. Neutral the H1H headphones are unimposing, but with some EQ tweaking they blast for sure. Admittedly the bass is a bit tame on the H1H but still sound great.
The H1E earbuds sound good too. They have a bit more oomph out of the box, but still require some minimal EQ tweaking to shine. Worth the price? We'll see how they hold up over the next 2 years. If they can consistently deliver for that long then yes they are worth the price. I had some technical difficulties with the H1E's and after a product replacement I figured out the problem was on my end. Heavys customer support responds quickly and took care of me.
I love Heavy's over-the-ear headphones they sound great and are probably the best headphones I ever bought...WHICH IS WHY I was so disappointed with their earbuds. They are not loud, the noise canceling is very weak and they have a very bad connectivity issue. I tried to talk to Heavy's support but they immediately got defensive told me I was a couple of days past my warranty and thar they could not help me...done. I paid 250 for these earbuds and im not rich but I was investing in a travel version of Heavy's because the OTE headphones are definitely not made for travel. I recommend the OTEs but they need to work on their earbuds because the headphones my wife bought at 5 below(retailed at 15 dollars) sound better and are louder. I feel like I got taken, ripped off, and I'm extremely disappointed, especially since I have been a loyal customer since they opened their doors.
Expeditious, felicitous, stupendous, and outrageous! Your company knows it's products, and are courteous, responsive, and timely in getting orders out. Absolutely perfectious, plethora of quality conduits for the music lover!
As a metalhead I was sceptical but these are the closest to strapping a high end vinyl player directly to your head. I collect headphones and vinyls and have a very good system and these instantly became my daily headphones. So comfortable too.
Then they announced earbuds and I was like yeah right, as if they could measure up but they were actually super reasonably priced so I bought a couple sets and let me just say holy fk. They are the most robust sounding earbuds I have ever experienced. I will buy their products forever but I did find the the cost of the plastic cups was a waste. Luckily only got one set. I expected metal so I could be an actual metal head. Put the prices down on those and I'd be keen on more but plastic for $70.. ill just have a friend 3d print them..
That said, they are the closest thing to going to a concert you can buy
The product arrived promptly and in excellent condition. It connected effortlessly, and the equalizer app is user-friendly. The sound quality exceeded my expectations; it truly feels like experiencing a live concert. If only I could feel the double kick in my chest, I wouldn't need to go out at all.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase and have already recommended them multiple times, and I will keep doing so in the future. They are the best headphones I have ever owned.
These are the first headphones that truly cater to a metal lover. I can block out everything or enjoy some smooth jazz. The app that lets you adjust the decibels is fantastic! The support team was incredibly quick to respond when I requested the link to submit this review.
These headsets are highly disappointing, featuring false advertising and endorsements that seem insincere. The individuals behind these products appear to be untrustworthy. While the design of the headset is appealing, the sound quality is subpar. The service promotes the headsets as versatile for gaming and music, yet the audio experience is lacking. It feels like there’s a blanket over the sound, making it difficult to enjoy my favorite metal tracks due to the muffled quality. 1/10, definitely not recommended.
Dear Heavys!
First off, I did not change my mind I was conned by false advertising.
I am returning my headset to you because it simply is not good enough to be called a “premium product”, Physically it is well built but even Beats by Dre used heavy weights and cheap drivers to give the illusion of “quality” to those who don’t know any better, so you can claim to have high grade audio engineers but on a 5 stage EQ why does your headset sound like the highest and the lowest are the only ones turned up until you pair it with your companion app?
furthermore to sound staging when you do get the app, to mitigate this makes the headset sound too quiet and still too muddy!
That is not just my own words; it’s the cautionary tales I had heard after I realised and went looking for honest reviews!
As for the battery life, 12 hours of your claimed 40-hour battery life with ANC on!
12? I have a 5-year-old Jabra headset that has a better battery life than that and it has been a daily driver at work for making and taking calls for that time and still giving me battery that lasts a weeks’ worth of working!
as for the ANC none existent and if the volume is too low the ANC mic actually picks up conversations from the other side of the street and passing planes so you can imagine how infuriatingly useless it was at keeping me locked in in the gym where there’s music, loud noises and external factors that competitor headsets at the same or half the price just do better!
basically to sum up my review of your product, you are selling Beats for metal heads, they look fancy, sound shite and just aren’t fit for purpose they are about on par with a £50 over ear headphone from amazon what we are really paying for is all of your paid reviews to and the fancy branded covers to be licenced by bands that have sadly fallen in to endorse your product which is utterly shameful, and for what you are charging, you should have a better customer support platform ESPECIALLY as you ship these globally and don’t adhere to the trading standards of the countries you ship them to which again is absolutely horrific!
