I ordered a printed casual top that appeared to be made of waffle material, featuring a Santa design. The picture was highly misleading! When my package arrived, I was shocked to find my shirt crammed into a tiny bag. The fabric is incredibly thin, resembling a microfiber cloth, which is far from what I anticipated and not worth the price I paid.
Avoid this company! They are very unprofessional. Sizes run too small, and the quality of the clothing is appalling. I was deeply disappointed. This feels like a scam, and it's shocking that they would produce such low-quality items and label them as excellent.
What we received was ridiculous. It was supposed to be a printed hoodie and a men's crew neck sweatshirt. The hoodie is made of a poorly printed burlap-like material where the text is barely legible, and the crew neck sleeves are only about 13" long! When I complained, they said I would have to pay for shipping to return it, and of course, they're based overseas. It also took weeks to receive the order and days for a response... a terrible company that misrepresents its products.
What I received looks nothing like what I ordered. The material is cheap and flimsy, with a synthetic feel, and the stitching is already coming apart even though I haven't worn it yet. My antivirus flagged their site as risky and malicious. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, it’s a scam!
Their return policy is 14 days from the purchase date, but my order conveniently arrived after that window. The items are cheap quality. One of the 2XL shirts I chose is more like a medium, and the other two shirts are different shades of red. A total waste of money. After complaining about the return policy, they offered me a partial refund instead of an easy return, which is frustrating. They claimed to support a cause, but I doubt that's true. Be cautious of ads on social media!
I ordered two red 'Freedom' shirts to celebrate an occasion. It took five weeks to receive them, which was too late. The large size fits more like a small, and while mine fits fine, it’s an odd shade of red that doesn’t match the other shirt. A waste of money.
