EDIT: So I am editing and giving 3 stars for simple fact that Hello Millions vendor has worked diligently trying to get my bank to release the funds. Now it’s my bank holding the money (Bank of America) but had hello millions just sent it all electronically I’d never had these frustrations. That’s why I did $5000 redemptions so it wouldn’t be an issue. So with that I’ll change to 3 stars. But they definitely need to listen to customers and stop the check process, and send people’s winnings electronically ALL of the winnings! You to go to land casinos and have to wait for your winnings, and we shouldn’t have to online either. You want to compete with land casinos than CHANGE your policies. No one gambles to wait weeks for their money and have to argue with banks cause they assume it’s fraudulent! The fact I have to leave a 1 star review is so disappointing. I’ve been playing for about 6-8 months. Numerous gambling sites. On May 1 2025 I deposited 100.00 and won all together roughly $120,000.00. And when I say it’s been an absolute NIGHTMARE trying to get my $ would be an understatement. First, they held on to the redemptions so long they ended up getting about $60,000 back. Not their fault that was all me. I’m a gambler that’s what I do. But regardless, back to the review. They electronically deposited $10,000 to my account and sent the other $50,000 to a National Sweepstakes vendor. This made no sense to me. But regardless I dealt with the lady there. It took about 5-6 days to check my check cut and overnighted to me. I thought ok it’s finally over with I will get my money. Welp that sadly wasn’t the case. I deposited check into my bank on 5/16 it cleared National Sweepstakes bank on 5/19 but their bank ESL has put a hold on electronically sending my money to my bank until 5/28. Why? Why am I being made to wait for my money. I don’t know if this is some trick that Hello Millions uses so they don’t have to pay people or what. But it’s not sitting well with me at all. Nothing in terms and conditions says anything about this nightmare. So as of today 5/21 still no money nor solution other than to wait 7 more days for my money, even though the check was cashed and cleared.
I've had more fun not to mention more solid wins on hello millions than any other site out there (and I've played on most of them) When it comes to collecting your winnings hello millions is second to none! I have NEVER had any problem getting what I won paid out to me! I use the wire transfer option which does say it may take like 5-7 days or something but in my case it's usually been much less (the first one takes a bit longer just to verify you but this place is legit! Let me just say that I have had some incredibly Large wins (were talking ones with commas and lots of zero's and when I requested it be transfered to my bank account it's been done quickly and easily every time!Between the game selection and my full trust that I will be paid when I request my winnings Is why I choose to play here every time I feel like playing! Hello millions is the real deal!
