I ordered two pairs of pants of my usual size. They both were slightly too large. When I had to return them it cost me an extra $75 to replace with the same jeans just in a different size and slim rather than straight. Website only allows direct exchange for a different size but not changing to slim from straight.
The website displays many different types of jean styles, but creates a lot of confusion because it doesn't explain the differences between the different types: weight of denim, differences from one style to another, best fit for different body types. I ordered two pair--these are expensive jeans!--basically blindly because I bought the marketing hype. Also, the guidance said the jeans tend to run small, so "size up" when in doubt. I found just the opposite: my normal size, per the fitting guidelines, was baggier in the seat and legs than I'd anticipated. Website should include a tool to select the correct pair based on all these different factors.
Placed an order for 02 Mott & bow jeans MB#1239449 on 23/01/2026 for 02 Jeans after a clear dilevery commitment of 3-5 working days before paying for these jeans . After an initial order confirmation email , there was complete pin drop silence from Mott& Bow other then marketing emails . When I raised an issue through email , I got an answer with typical vague statement of delivery schedule of unknown delivery date . I explained in my email that I will be leaving on 08th of February 2026 and I live alone so no one will be able to get this parcel after this date . Again a diplomatic email without mentioning my concern . Tracking number given was useless . Finally yesterday tracking number started working and I got this precious of parcel might get delivered between 16-18 February . Through this platform I would like to ask Mott & bow to refund my amount and get the parcel back from their unknown courier .

The jeans were shapeless but the biggest disappointment was the cost to return the goods to the USA. I paid nearly £30 to return them. I refused the additional £13 for insurance so I'm hoping that the goods get there and I get my refund.
I truly appreciate the quality and comfort of these T-shirts. I'm excited to wear my new long-sleeved ones beneath winter flannels or sweaters! The sizes are accurate to the description, and after multiple washes, they still look fantastic. Give them a try!
The clothing didn't fit me quite right, leading to the return of two orders (that's my fault). However, their customer support is fantastic, and I would definitely shop with them again if I find the right size. Just a tip: changing the fabric color on the website alters the product line you’re viewing, so make sure to double-check your order.
I’ve always appreciated the service, but this time the shirts I purchased had to be returned because the fit was too tight for my preference. The return process was straightforward, but I was frustrated to discover that I could only receive an exchange or store credit. I was hoping for a refund to my original payment method. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the return policy.
I found the experience quite frustrating due to the lack of a refund option and the high prices. I waited a whole year for prices to drop before ordering a new pair of jeans, hoping they would fit better than the ones I purchased previously!
