I wish I could give negative stars hereMy experience with Hello TV has been extremely disappointing. Their sales team shows a complete lack of coordination and professionalism. I had a bad experience with them earlier as well, when they tried to sell features that they later admitted were not even available. On top of that, I faced refund challenges that took unnecessary effort and follow-ups to resolve.I had hoped things might have improved since then, but unfortunately, nothing has changed.Despite repeatedly requesting that they stop contacting me, I still received eight unsolicited sales calls in just a few days. This level of negligence is unacceptable and shows how poorly the company handles customer communication.The constant unwanted calls, false commitments, and lack of accountability reflect a serious breakdown in their internal processes. If this is how they treat someone who isn’t even their customer, I can only imagine the frustration existing customers might face.Based on my repeated negative experiences, I do not recommend Hello TV.

Worst company in the planet

Worst company in the planet. Even with existing and ex customer. Even after stopping their service they will stalk from every possible internet calls they could. I got 15 calls in a day from same NJ area code: 609.

One of the worst experiences with this company. The service is not working for past 3 months. Despite several attempts to call and get support, there has been absolutely no progress. It is indeed fraudulent.

Doing fraud and Cheating in people to get money

I should give zero stars but as there no option to give zero I am giving 1star . The service is a worst in world and they come back on us until we take service from them and then they will start coming back on us to give referrals and say if you give referrals will get these many months of free services and when the time to get free service they start escaping saying that the person who talked to you is on leave so we can’t help you. Also the tv service is also not good most of the service doesn’t work we have to call them and get reset. After paying money it’s very to connect with them when have any issues it’s really bad service . They cheating and doing fraud with customers.i wish if there is option to attach screenshot I could do that to show more proof how they are cheating people and how they making money from customers
