1 Star — I Would Rate Zero if Possible I have been a dedicated customer of this service for years, but after tonight's shocking experience, I will never place an order again. I made my order at 7:30 p.m. while suffering from severe chronic pain, expecting a reasonable delivery time. Instead, I was shuffled between two different delivery services, neither of which provided accurate updates, tracking, or basic communication. For over three hours, I waited while customer support insisted that the information on my screen was incorrect, claiming the “pickup window” was actually 9–10 p.m., and that delivery would occur “within an hour after pickup.” However, no one arrived for pickup. Each time I sought clarification, I received the same scripted responses that completely disregarded my situation. At one point, the driver hadn’t even departed 40 minutes after the pickup window closed. I was informed they were “rerouting the delivery to prioritize mine,” yet the tracker indicated otherwise. Then, the driver’s phone conveniently “died,” leaving me with no way to contact or track anyone. Throughout this ordeal, I repeatedly mentioned my chronic pain and that I opted for delivery because I physically couldn’t drive. Instead of offering genuine assistance or a partial refund for the excessive delays, the company’s response was to offer me a “freebie,” which did nothing to alleviate the hours I spent waiting in pain. To worsen the situation, the tone from customer support felt dismissive, repetitive, and almost condescending. I was given the same canned responses repeatedly, as if my time, health, and safety were insignificant. As a business owner myself, I would never treat my customers in this manner. This service has permanently lost my business. Their new delivery system is unreliable at best, misleading at worst, and their customer support requires serious improvement. If you depend on timely delivery for medical reasons, steer clear of this service.
