I recently purchased two emerald rings for my wife because I couldn’t decide which one she would prefer. The selection process took some time, and throughout it all, the team at Diamondere was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating with every question and request I had.
Both rings arrived on time and were beautifully crafted. My wife absolutely loved them, which made the decision even harder. Fortunately, the return process for the extra ring was exactly as smooth and straightforward as promised.
Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Diamondere and will certainly begin my search there for future jewelry purchases.

The amazing quality of Diamondere's products and the superlative customer service they offer — Meghan's in particular — have consistently exceed my highest expectations. I have purchased 17 products there, including 8 rings, 5 necklaces, and 4 pairs of earrings, costing almost $100,0000. I have made many purchases from Brilliant Earth and the Natural Sapphire Company, and though those companies are also excellent, none compare to Diamondere.I am a fussy and demanding customer. I have always been thrilled with the products that arrived in the mail from Diamondere except for only two occasions. In both, though the stones were certainly within the window of what anyone could have reasonably expected, I was slightly disappointed by the color. One set of blue sapphires on a ring was darker than I had hoped, and a pink sapphire in another was not as stunning as one I had previously ordered from there. I explained my feelings, not expecting any serious response given that the stones' quality was undeniable and beyond reproach even by me. But to my disbelief, they bent over backwards to satisfy me. In the case of the blue sapphires, after a preview of new gems, they remade the ring for free, even though I practically begged to pay extra. In the case of the pink sapphire, I picked an even larger gem that was exactly what I wanted, and was charged in the end exactly what I would have paid had I originally ordered the ring that way. This is remarkable, because the remaking of both rings required a melting of the old settings and recasting of new ones, and yet I was not charged an extra cent, not even for shipping.I came to eventually realize that one can order from Diamondere virtually any gemstone that exists in nature, even those not featured on their website, as well as any setting that an expert craftsman can create. One such custom order was for an extraordinarily large aquamarine (my birthstone) in a setting that was not normally compatible with the stone's oval shape. They nevertheless accommodated my wishes, but when the ring arrived, the stone's large size led to a chunkier appearance that I wanted. I sheepishly approached them about paying for a new setting, but was told that the fragile nature of the aquamarine would necessitate finding a new gem. As much as I adored the first, they found another that I liked even more, and custom made a new setting to my specifications. It was absolutely perfect and was better than my highest hopes. In yet a second case, I asked them to find a 4 carat purple sapphire in a particular shape. They found four possibilities, and I chose the most stunning specimen. The shade, quality, and cut were exactly what I wanted, and I am unable to find words to describe my satisfaction.Needless to say, you will not find a better company, superior products, or more reasonable prices than you will at Diamondere. In the course of countless email exchanges over years — without a single complaint or hint of exasperation — I became friendly with one of its customer service specialists named Meghan. I learned from her that she is in fact only one of a remarkable team of people who are dedicated to making their customers happy, evenunreasonably particular ones like me. I want to start by saying that the rings I received from Diamondère are undeniably beautiful. The second ring, in particular, shows excellent craftsmanship, and the upgraded stones were appreciated in the first ring. I also want to acknowledge that the customer service via email was polite and respectful in tone. The intentions were there—but the execution, unfortunately, fell short in several key ways.What should have been an exciting and meaningful experience—purchasing matching rings for my engagement—became unnecessarily stressful and disheartening.It began with the first ring I ordered, which was delayed due to a vendor pricing issue. The diamond I originally selected became unavailable, and while the company offered a higher-quality replacement, the process required me to push hard for transparency, fair pricing, and proper communication. There was no upfront disclosure that vendor listings could be inaccurate or out of stock, which I had to discover only after payment. The 10% discount they offered helped, but I was left doing the math and double-checking everything myself.When I finally ordered the second ring—what was meant to be the exact same Ashton ring design, but with a lab-created ruby—the differences were striking: • The side stones are drastically different in size. Despite both rings being advertised with 0.36 carats of side stones, the diamonds on the second ring are noticeably larger than the rubies on the first. • The gold color is inconsistent. Both were ordered in 10k rose gold, but one is distinctly more pink (as expected) while the other has a yellowish tone—almost like yellow gold. • The craftsmanship between the two rings is night and day. The second ring feels smoother, cleaner, and more precise than the first. • Even the engraving placement varies—centered on one, off to the side on the other.After some digging, I discovered that the first ring was manufactured in India and the second in Thailand, which may explain some of the differences—but this was never communicated to me. When you order two of the same design from the same company, you expect them to match, regardless of where they were made. It’s incredibly discouraging that the rings differ so much in appearance, especially considering they’re meant to be worn as a symbolic pair.On top of the product inconsistency, I was also unable to reach anyone by phone. For high-value, emotionally significant purchases, I believe direct customer service should be easily accessible. Having to rely solely on email while facing time-sensitive issues—my proposal is just days away—was frustrating and anxiety-inducing.To their credit, Diamondère was responsive by email and tried to be accommodating where possible. But from a customer experience standpoint, there is serious room for improvement—especially around quality consistency, transparency about international production, and proactive communication.In summary: the product is beautiful, but the experience was stressful and inconsistent. I would caution anyone purchasing paired or matching pieces from Diamondère to ask very specific questions, request images early, confirm manufacturing origin, and double-check all details yourself.What should have been a joyful process left me worried and disappointed. I truly hope Diamondère takes this feedback to heart and raises their standards—for the sake of future couples trusting them with meaningful moments.—Joshua Martell
