Decided to use this company to organise my best friends stag party and had a great experience with using their serviceFrom the onset, everything was made very easy for meI was given a few options of what activities to do and picked the most suitablePayments were made via a third party and once the final numbers and payments were made I got the itinerary straight away The lady I was dealing with always responded quickly and kindly and I really appreciate the assistance as this was my first time organising a stag party, all the attendees thoroughly enjoyed the activities
From start to finish it has been an amazing experience. I was dealing with Jenny she went out of her way to make our weekend unreal. She was so helpful all the way through. Anyone booking a stag or hen go through this company they won’t let you down. Amazing thanks again
Melissa was our booking agent and she was so calm and so helpful during the whole process no matter the hiccup and changes that occured or the stupid questions. We stayed at the Kilford Arms, great location, lovely clean rooms and really helpful staff. Drag Bingo was great fun and would recommend it to anyone! All arrangements were in place there were no hiccups, we didn't have to worry about a thing! Melissa and the team made it a stressfree fun weekend! We want to do it all again!
I had booked an activity with the hen party.ie group and it was so easy to organize, I kind of wish I let them plan the whole thing, Jenny and the team were always so polite and professional to deal with! Always kept communication open and fast responses. We did paint a nude and it was honestly brilliant, the nudist was so lovely and had great banter we couldn’t fault it really, location was really handy too! Highly recommend
Used this company for my sister’s hen. It started off very well with the cocktail class. However when we got to the restaurant we were told we wouldn’t be getting chips or goujons. We asked the hen company for a restaurant that would have food that was suitable for everybody and were told they would. Even though we were told we would be going to a “top class restaurant” we ended up going to Milanos. They kept trying to up the prices and sending us to restaurants that weren’t suitable for our requests. When we got to the restaurant and queried it they told us we wouldn’t be getting chips or goujons despite the hen party company telling us we would be. We sent a request of all the food we ordered and the company said it was all good. Eventually we got goujons and doughballs after having to argue with the manager and showing them all the emails we sent to henparty.ie. When we got to Reardons we had to chase down a manager to get the round of Prosecco we were promised. However, the company kept changing the times of everything without informing us which was frustrating as we had a plan for everything. They are very hard to communicate with and several emails often had to be sent as we got no replies. When we rang them sometimes they wouldn’t pick up the phone or Aisling/Jen were on annual leave. They seemed to make a lot of excuses to avoid dealing with our issues. We will not be using this company again! I would not recommend this company to friends/family that are getting married in the next year.
We had an absolutely amazing weekend, and I’ve heard nothing but praise from all the attendees! All thanks to Jenny and the team. The entire event was so well-organized, and both activities were great fun, getting everyone involved and making for a fantastic experience. The bars and finger food venues we were booked into were also top-notch—such a great atmosphere and loads of fun.HenParty.ie really took the stress out of organizing everything, which made the experience so much more enjoyable. Instead of juggling multiple bookings myself, I just had to tell the team what we wanted, and they handled the rest.The only two minor downsides were that responses to my emails were a bit slow at times during the planning process. However, as the date got closer, communication significantly improved. The only real letdown was the restaurant. Despite being told not to be late, we ended up waiting an hour before our order was even taken. The service was incredibly slow, and unfortunately, the food wasn’t great either. Slow service meant that we were really late for our bar booking and were lucky to get a table at all.That being said, I would still highly recommend HenParty.ie for anyone planning a hen party. They make the whole process so much easier and stress-free, allowing you to just enjoy the weekend rather than worry about all the little details!
From the minute I enquired about booking a hen party through hen.ie, Laura was in constant contact. She was willing to go with prices, numbers and activities that I wanted and nothing was too much for her. Laura remained in constant contact throughout, right up to the hen and even checked in afterwards to ensure everything went to plan. I couldn’t recommend hen.ie enough or Laura, we had a fantastic experience with them and would be willing to book through them again.
