THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH! I signed up to "TRY" their product on a subscription basis, disliked the product & have been attempting to discontinue the subscription as well as a get a refund every since. The website clearly says ""TRY IT FOR 60 DAYS, COMPLETELY RISK-FREE! Think of it as a 60-day trial. You have 2-months to use 10-in-1 Soursop Extract Drops and experience their benefits. If they work as advertised, you are welcome to keep them and enjoy the comprehensive health support they offers. But if for ANY reason you are not happy with your purchase or you feel like there are better solutions out there....Just give us a call or send us an email, and you'll get your money back that same day, no questions asked." After 10 back & forth email with them giving excuse after excuse after excuse, I received an email today stating "per our company policy, we are unable to process refunds for subscription orders once they have been billed and shipped." First, good luck with getting someone on the phone or giving you a call back. Also, the subscription STILL has not been cancelled, even after receiving an email from them confirming that it had been cancelled. I had to contact my credit card company to request no further payments be made to them! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY......YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!!!!
They need to stop misleading customers. I received a product once, and they automatically enrolled me in a monthly subscription. I never received the second shipment, yet they still charged me. Now I'm facing a third payment. Their cancellation process isn’t working, so I can’t cancel the subscription. I’ve emailed them with no response and tried their contact options without success. Please, do not engage in any transactions with this company; they are not trustworthy.
