Approximately two weeks ago on March 4,2024 I called to find out what "final expenses" meant. It was graciously explained to me and all my questions were answered. And if after I thought I understood, if I still didn't, they patiently explained it again. The whole experience was great and simply amazing. It turned out to be easy, how simple you can plan everything, and do it all before hand. Now that's what I call stress-free. I'm so glad I did this, now everything is taken care of. Honesty!!!

Jaime, my agent was very friendly, kind and empathetic. I never felt pressured and I feel she was honest. I also feel she will be a lot of help to my husband when the time comes... now I need to convince him to get insurance as well.
