My experience with Heritage Associates was nothing but pleasant! Jamie Payne walked me through each step and made sure I knew all the details and answered every question of mine, before I agreed on which plan I wanted to sign for.
Ms. Payne was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product I was interested in purchasing. The process was easy to complete and the information was easy to undetstand. I appreciate Ms. Payne for her assistance in providing me with peace of mind in taking care of my future funeral needs and her attention to customer service. I recently had two Matriarchs in our family die within days of each other. Devastating for sure, but each Woman had the forsight to have paid funeral arrangements in place. We were able to mourn and celebrate their legacies without the terrible burden of locating money to pay for expenses. I told Ms. Payne I wanted that for my family and she helped me do it!
