The facilities were up-to-date and well maintained. everything ran on schedule and overall it was a smooth operation. Every person I dealt with and communicated with was extremely professional and welcoming.
I’m one month post op and am very satisfied with the process so far. Hermest has been great to work with. They will walk you through the entire experience from pre travel to post op recovery with a personal guide. Looking forward to hitting that one year mark to see the final results!
I did the transplant in Hermest one month ago. The overall process was pretty satisfied. I decided to do hair transplant just within several days and booked the flight. While awaiting for departure I was still communicating with the clinique for the details. I arrived in Istanbul with a little bit hesitation. Untill the operation day, the driver brought me to the clinique, my translator Utku greeted while i was still in the car. He was with me on that day, not only translated for me but also took care of me. I met the team. There were 5 6 people worked for my operation. It was smooth and Utku explained everything to me. While preparing the medication, they checked which medication is allowed to bring to Canada. The clinique has different professional teams to engage in in different phases. I trust them. Also I was happy with the arranged the tranportation and hotel. It was a happy trip in Turkey although i only went to either the clique or the hotel.
