We were selling our property in Pencoed with a local Bridgend agent and been on the market for some time and we had a buyer very quickly but with Covid the progression of the sale was taking forever, as Covid ended we decided to Instruct Hern and Crabtree as opposed to a local agent.Gavin Sheppard came to value and was a breath of fresh air, full of confidence and we explained our position and concerns as we needed to sell before Brexit as we were moving to Spain.Within a few days he introduced a buyer and instigated a race to contract, he spoke to us daily throughout this process and within 10 days of viewing the buyers he introduced had exchanged contracts!!!!!We were blown away with his service and would highly recommend anyone to use Gavin regardless of where your living as rightmove remove the need for your agent to be local. I would like say a massive thank you to Lance and the letting team for all they have done. It has been the best experience from an estate agents I've ever had. Moving as a tenant can be stressful but they were polite, understanding of my needs and made my whole process with them painless. They were quick to respond even though the covid pandemic. If more estate agents and landlords were like Hern and Crabtree the world would be a better place.
Hern and Crabtree have been absolutely brilliant! They came to value my property within a day of me getting in touch and within 24hrs it was loaded up on Rightmove. Very helpful staff and when things fell through with the original buyer, they were able to rescue the sale on the same day with another buyer which ultimately worked out for the best. Recommended!

Just sold my house through H&C Llandaff office and whilst I’m not planning on moving again for some time I will definitely be using H&C when I do. From the first valuation with Owen H&C came across as professional, trustworthy with really good knowledge of the local area. This proved to be the case when our house sold within 48 hours of first viewing for the top end of the guide price. The rest of the team we’re just as friendly and helpful as Owen and kept us updated throughout the sale. They also gave honest and open advice about our onward purchase even though we weren’t buying through them. I won’t say the move was completely stress free but any problems that came up were definitely minimised by the team. Would highly recommend to anyone selling in the Llandaff area.
