Purchased a house that was being sold by Hern and Crabtree. They were very efficient and professional. The sales progression department was excellent in making sure things were moving as quickly as possible with the chain. Highly recommended
Jo the estate agent who showed us the house was very personal and knowledgeable and was happy to accomdate various visits. We did try and get some of the price down after finding information from the surveyos report but we found the progression team not to try their up most to do so and very reluctant

Well the title says it all. From the initial valuation, to viewings, negotiations when we had offers and then support through the stressful sale process, they were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, I was happy to trust them with a key while I went on holiday and most importantly, we were regularly updated and provided with feedback from our viewings. Hope to never move again, but if I do, I would definitely be back in touch.

Have received excellent service from all at Hern and Crabtree, Heath. We sold on our open day for the full asking price. Everyone has been most helpful, professional and efficient. Have no complaints at all and, having moved a few times, Hern and Crabtree, Heath, are by far the best we have experienced compared to other Estate Agents we’ve used.Jan, who I believe is based in Whitchurch branch, has been really great at chasing the progression of the chain and has kept us updated with frequent feedback. If we ever decide to move in the future I would certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.
