The representative I spoke with was very kind and attentive. She assured me that my experience would be communicated to the appropriate team. While I don’t have complaints about the wait time for my order, the delivery service has repeatedly shown a lack of care for my parcels. Notifications about deliveries were often inaccurate, and packages were left in unsuitable areas. A simple message would have avoided my items being left out in bad weather. Other delivery services manage to notify us and deliver correctly. Due to these delivery issues, I find it hard to continue shopping with the company. If they change delivery partners, I would be willing to shop with them again. Thank you for your assistance; you were wonderful.

I wish I could give zero stars… the service has been the worst I’ve encountered. I ordered a significant item during a sale and received no updates until I reached out to them. They casually mentioned it might have gone missing, which is unacceptable! Now, I have to buy another TV for my daughter’s Christmas present. Their level of service is incredibly disappointing.
The staff member was fantastic and assisted me when the courier delivered my package to the wrong address. She is looking into the matter and updated my contact information to ensure better communication. She is a true asset to the company.
My interaction with the agent was pleasant, and she was very helpful. I tried to change the color of my order shortly after placing it but was unable to do so. This is my second order, and the first was lost in transit, so it hasn't been a perfect experience.
The company is consistently quick at resolving any issues. I hadn’t received a refund for a returned item, which was delayed due to a situation beyond their control. They sorted it out quickly and issued my refund. The agent was very friendly and courteous.
