I had a very disappointing experience at the Bridgwater branch. During our visit, the manager’s attitude came across as unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. The situation escalated to the point where my wife was left very upset and in tears, which is completely unacceptable in a customer service setting.
Overall, the service felt poor, and the pricing also seemed higher than expected for the work carried out. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend considering alternative providers.

I was in need of help with a Ford Fiesta van. I could not get passed the security. After many calls it all came down disconnecring the battery and reconnecting it until it let me in.Thank to Fraiser for sticking with it and helping me get this resolved.

I have booked a 10 day intensive automotive locksmith training, paid in full for it but I was very dissatisfied and disappointed about the training it self.In those 10 day you pretty much learn how to use a lishi tool and to pick a lock, very used locks, some of them not even work and neither the instructor couldn’t open them, you learn how to cut keys on machines and to do some basic programming. EEPROM is a different training and you have to pay separately for it.One colleague was overcharged, andthe Hicleys stuff promised to him that they will send him some parts, like transponders or other bits in order to compensate for the amount that he overpaid, months down the line they still haven’t sent anything.All together not a good experience for the money I paid, I do not recommend this training location or company.
Fantastic experience from start to finish so far with Hickleys. From my training enquiry and booking with Nicky and then the course with Jason to the purchase of my equipment with Byron. Fantastic customer service, tech support and after sales care from Fin and Frasier. I would 110% recommend Hickleys to anyone in the Motor trade, current or future auto locksmiths.
