PLEASE CONSULT YOUR BANK! We were charged 2x for one item ordered (never received) for different amounts And a reoccurring "subscription" charge via the credit card we used. Absolute scam corruption. Please follow up with your bank to make sure you're not getting subsequent charges.
Had to do one star in order to leave a review but this product or shop does not deserve any stars. I ordered the Capybara and got a vacuum packed toy that did not resemble the picture on the website at all. Very disappointed. I've sent the website an email but judging by others experiences, I doubt I will get refund.
TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUY Ordered x2 weighted 24'' Plush Cows. Received disgraceful scruffy looking tiny toy's. Wouldn't even give to my dog. Emailed them, they replied saying they sent the incorrect ones and would resend the correct items. Still waiting. I have emailed numerous times with no response. Definitely a scam
I ordered the weighted capybara soft toy - it took a month to come and when it did, I was disappointed with the quality and how it was not weighted (which was the reason I purchased it). Definitely not ordering from this site again. Absolute waste of money.
DO NOT. DO NOT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE OR ANY OF ITS CLONES. IT IS A SCAM. I paid $80 USD ($106 NZD) and ordered a 40" Highland Cow Plush from this website on 19 September. I received a tiny cow toy (a very small, cheap-looking cartoon cow) on 1 October that looked NOTHING like the one highlandplushy.com was selling on their website. I have tried emailing customer service, only for the email address listed on the site TO NOT WORK, and my email keeps getting bounced back.I only discovered that I got scammed after doing a little more research. I have filed a fraudulent charge with my bank and cancelled my card, after reading that others have had multiple fraudulent charges to their card. DO NOT BUY. IT IS A SCAM.
It took two months before I got the highland cow plushy and it’s nothing at all like the picture. Scammers totally. Not holding my breath for a refund. They replied to my emails when I asked where the product was but silence on my email for a return and refund!! Don’t buy here! Company shows Canada but they order from China. By far my worst experience with online ordering.
