This company is a total scam. I wish i coukd give a zero star review. Hopefully people read these reviews and find them helpful. Ordered 4 things on september 20...got none of them. After reading reviews i am only wishful that i would at.least get my order like the rest of you did. 166 dollars down the drain. Hopefully these crooks get what is coming to them. I have contacted them 3 times by email and no response. It is ridiculous.
Buyer beware! This company made an additional unauthorized charge to my card, my original order is nowhere to be found on their website, they claimed to have shipped but tracking number says "none"....Google their address, it is a random house in Canada....this is a scam!!!!! Luckily I filed a dispute with my credit card company and will be reimbursed, but please save yourself the hassle!
The 20" weighted capybara is 17" of unweighted roadkill. Flat and misshapen. Weighs less than a pound. No pocket. Looks nothing like the charming photos. Customer service has not been forthcoming. I also checked my account and it looks like they were going to try to charge me again (I did not sign up for a subscription of any kind).
