There's really NO nice words to say about this "company"...They f*** people over, false advertising and absolute shitty product that's no way near the product online! Tried every contact info there was without any luck.For the first time EVER I would like to give a zero star review if it was possible... The teddy I received was like the "I got the Temu version" TikToks going on... Absolutely ridiculous!
Order one that was supposed to be 24 inch ad weighted. One came and it was not near 24 inches or weighted. Also, when I went back to the website, it says another one is on it way. I only ordered one and they are sending two of the same order and the charge was $32 ad $39. The one I got looks like something you would buy in a dollar store. TRASH.
The item eventually arrived after 2 ignored chases and absolutely wasn't worth the wait. It's NOTHING like the advertised product.Abysmal quality and to be honest, I'm not even sure what animal they think it is. It looks nothing like a capybara. Certainly not a weighted item and no microwave pocket.A total waste of money and I advise everyone to avoid the stress of getting involved with this Company.
