Review Time
First, I want to say that you can refer to this site as JadePlush or JadePlushy or Jadeplushie, they are one in the same. All a bunch of liars. As another said, I had to give one star to leave this review. They deserve a zero.Took 3 weeks but dtr who is away at college, finally did get it. Unfortunately, she received something VERY, VERY different then what I ordered. They also charged me a second time (double what I paid originally!) and I am disputing that with them and my bank. I wish I could attach pictures to show you.
This company is a scam. Ordered on September 22, they charged my credit card and I never received the confirmation email. I have tried contacting them several times with no reply. Still haven’t received any items. When I originally looked up reviews it said mostly favorable, obviously I didn’t look deep enough. Do Not Purchase! #betterbusineesbureau
Ordered a jumbo plushy, received a low quality, extremely small cow that didn’t even slightly resemble the one ordered. Absolute scam. Had read reviews on their website (which are fake), should have looked at Google as many others have had the same experience.
I have to give it a star to leave a review but they deserve none - ordered 3 large weighted highland cows… got 3 vacuum packed black & white rubbish cows - cheapest of the cheap instead. Currently trying to get a chargeback via my Visa card as these are scammers
