DO NOT BUY !! Items and company are in China, not Netherlands!!Product missing vital parts, not refunding, just delay tactics - send photo etc. Found same product online elsewhere for half the price and with all items included. Hike took over 2 weeks to arrive (China) and no instructions, everything in Chinese!
Not received goods, lied about courier, said it would carried by royal mail when in fact the courier was named as Evri, refund requested, emails apologising don't compensate. Radio silence from Evri, updates very slow, 6 days. I would not recommend this company, my advice would be to avoid. I am still currently in dispute and will seek recompense from my credit card insurance. Update - to be clear for almost a month i have communicated my dissapointment with Hike Adventure, 4 x emails, and stated it would be reasonable to call a halt on the 28th November and for Hike Adventure to refund me. All ive had is apologies and empty words, and a refusal to refund me! Apparently i can return the items i havent received when i receive them for a refund, when that might be i have no idea. Their response to this review? More apologies and to allude that i havent communicated with them!
On October 16, 2025 I ordered a pair of shoes from their website in the size of 5.5 UK size.If you click on the size chart you will see that 5.5 UK size is the same as 38.5 EU size. However, they delivered the shoes on October 24 but sent a size 40 EU. I immediately sent them an email saying that they had sent me the wrong size and requested that they send the correct size to me.The Customer service agent acknowledged that they made a mistake and that they would get the dispatch team to review and correct the mistake.Then I got an email from them with a size chart that listed 5.5 UK size as 40 EU size. They said that the shoe size was correct and that I should pay extra to have new shoes delivered in a smaller size. I sent them the link to the webpage for the shoe and said that their own website lists that 40 EU size is 6.5 UK size.I told them that I was disappointed that they were trying to trick me into thinking that they had sent the right size by sending me an altered size chart and that I wanted a full refund and a paid envelope so I can send the unused shoes back to them. I also told them that if they did not do that I would report them to the authorities in the Netherlands.I have not received any more correspondence from them and they have not issued a refund or sent the correct size shoes. Their last email to me was on November 3, 2025.The contact number listed on their website +447366221789 does not accept calls.It appears this website is run from China while the company is registered in the Netherlands. This is what I understand from reviews on Trustpilot. They seem to do this to most customers even when they state on their website that they take returns for 30 days with no questions asked.I have all the emails from them as evidence of their fraudulent behavior and clear intention to not accept responsibility of their mistake.They will respond to this review with a typical response similar to the following:"We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide.Please contact us directly at our email addressso we can review your order details and resolve this matter as quickly as possible. We’re committed to making things right and ensuring you receive the support you deserve."Be sure that they do not intend to do anything about this issue. They would have resolved the issue right at the beginning. I will even write down the order number here #HA6792. If they truly wanted to resolve the issue they would refund me fully instead of asking me to send them an email, which I have done 9 times already.If you have already been defrauded by this company report it to the Netherlands independent authorities on consuwijzer.nlThe same shoes that they sell are available on Amazon for less than half the price. I would suggest buying from Amazon as at least you will get a refund if the product is wrong.
Scammers! DO NOT BUY from this company!! Ordered a heated gilet in XL. Two and a half weeks later, was delivered but cheap quality and ridiculously small in size, despite XL on label. Drop-shipped from China, not Holland as I thought.. Wanted additional money to send correct size and refused to accept a return unless at my expense back to China. Refusing a refund despite supplying goods that do not match description. Customer Service is a joke. Be warned!Edit: Standard crap reply below from Hike Adventure. I've already sent numerous photos and "reached out" to customer services who've done nothing except stall. I just want my money back! How complicated is that?Edit 2Eventually promised a refund after persistent e-mail from me. Needless to say, 10 days later and still not got it. Quelle surprise?! 3 more days and will be contacting credit card company to pursue refund through them as have written confirmation from Scammy Hike Adventure that they owe me. Shocking way to do business.
Even one star is to much for these scammers i ordered a set jacked and trousers and after i saw the reviews here i cancelled the order straight away in the same day. Its been one month now that they haven’t refund me the money. Now they don’t even reply to my emailsI suggest no one to order from this fake page they are just a scam like the others from china
