Started using the GLP weight loss shots but wanted to discontinue use halfway through the first shipment. Unfortunately, the only thing I could cancel was the subscription, no option for a refund before shipping out the rest of the first 6 months. I guess I will just have a bunch sitting in my fridge and I am out the $1400. I know it was an upfront payment but I wish there was a way for at least a partial refund if you discontinue usage.
Got ignored when they frist started after year finally in contact withem then just send me survey how they did when they did nothing??????? no will not accepting emails from u anymore sorry but i dont have the time or money to waste maybe get better support! really and had trustpilot send me email to make sure its "genuine" wow no not spending money at ur company and i have the emails to prove if yall wanna play games. ur email is blocked on both my emails now and i wont be opening this tab ever again SAD HOW U LET MALES DOWN TOO! Crazy cant understand word blocked so i will never get email and thats how i want it.
As with all new services, especially telehealth, I was apprehensive. But that quickly changed because HIMS is very supportive, provide the information you need to succeed and they are available ANYTIME! My weight loss journey has been 8 weeks but I’m completely confident with HIMS and feel secure working with them as I continue towards my goal.
